Prepay
You can ease the burden of paying your taxes by scheduling smaller monthly payments through our prepay (escrow) program. To enroll your property taxes must be current or you must be on a delinquent pay plan. There are 2 prepay options:

1. Prepay Automatic Withdrawal
This option allows you to have monthly tax payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account (ACH).

  • On the 15th of the month - we will inform your bank to debit (ACH) 1/10 of your estimated annual tax bill.
  • You will receive a statement showing the amounts to be deducted.
  • The debit (ACH) will occur every month except June and July.
  • Any balance due will be  reflected on your tax bill each half.

Call 330-764-8020 for more information or click here to enroll in an Automatic Withdrawal Plan.

2. Prepay Coupon Payment

This option provides you with monthly coupons to mail with your payment to the Treasurer's Office.

  • In July you will receive 5 address labels and 5 tax payment coupons to pay (August - December) your 1st half tax of the next year.  In January you will receive another set of 5 labels and coupons to pay (January - May) your 2nd half taxes.
  • In order to process your payments accurately, the Treasurer's Office requires a cut off payment date of May 15th and December 15th.  Payments received after these dates will be returned.
  • If there is a balance due you will receive a tax bill.
  • Call 330-764-8020 for more information or click here to enroll in the monthly coupon mail in payment plan.
